Tele-Banking

Liberalized economic policy has now  brought competition to the benefit of bank's customers at branch level. This system is interfaced with the bank's computer network on one side and on the other side it is connected to the telephone line. Customers from outside can make a telephone call, this telephone call gets connected to the computer in the bank through IVRS. Thereafter the customer is guided through a set of instructions over the telephone. 

This enables customer to get following services:

  • Cheque information

  • Most recent five transactions

  • Statement of account on fax

  • Cheque stop payment request.

  • Cheque book request.

  • Change access code.

This system works with the bank's existing computerized system. Customer can only access data related to his account.
